  • I have an old stain. Can you remove it?

    A lot of the time, yes, we can. Using our steam water extraction methods, we can work the stain until it's gone, whether it's on carpet, mattresses, or a lounge suite.


    However, old stains can be tricky, so we cannot 100% guarantee removal. Some liquids can irreversibly damage the carpet, such as those which cause bleaching or dyeing of the fibres. These unfortunately cannot be restored.
